My Name Is...
Mrs. Breeden
Hello! I've been teaching Social Studies for over a decade, and it's been more than a fun ride. World History, Geography, and Government courses are my specialty -- like cooking the perfect stack of waffles, loaded with butter & slathered with honey. However, I do not presume to be an expert and enjoy learning new teaching techniques that students will appreciate practicing in my classroom.
When not teaching, I'm a couch potato. I'll tune in to news podcasts or watch re-runs of The X-Files, and such. When energized to get off the couch, I'll travel with family. My favorite toured country to date is Switzerland.
Fun fact -- I am also an amateur published author. I brag about it from time to time but published a book solely to leave an inspirational legacy for my daughter to read & write & create all the days of her life. Want to learn more about my book? Here's an article written by the Valley Business Report on my book: https://valleybusinessreport.com/community/local-author-debuts-new-childrens-book/
