RGV LEAD SCHOLARS is a graduate-recognition program developed and managed by the RGV LEAD Board. Tens of thousands of students have graduated with honors through the program since it began in 1999. Participating in RGV LEAD Scholars encourages high school students to develop college-and-career graduation plans and complete those plans. A student must fulfill defined requirements to graduate as an RGV LEAD Scholar Requirements change from time to time, keeping with changing state graduation requirements.
